In honor of Women's History Month, Black in Business at Bayes in partnership with Imperial's Africa Business Club is talking all things business with women leading change in their respective sectors. Our panelists Indie Gordon (Head of Programs, Foundervine) Becky George-David (Executive Director, Product @ JPMorgan Chase & Co), Charlotte Williams (Marketing Strategy Consultant @ SevenSix Agency), Charm Legrand (Strategy & Transformation @ Genpact), and Lynnie Zonzolo (Influencer Marketing @ Presented By & KLEK’T) will share how they have successfully navigated their careers, their learnings along the way and staying true to themselves while championing causes they care about. Snacks and drinks will be provided!

Indie Gordon (Head of Programs @ Foundervine)
Indie is an experienced Senior Programme Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the private and public sectors. Alongside her professional career in business development, she is an international motivational speaker, mindset growth coach, and early-stage investor. She works to empower all people to work and live with unapologetic confidence.

Becky George-David (Executive Director, Product @ JP Morgan Chase & Co)
Becky George-David is an Executive Director, Product at JP Morgan Chase & Co. where she leads the discovery of customers' needs and delivers products that they love. Becky is passionate about fostering diversity in the corporate world, and currently co-leads Career and Talent for JP Morgan’s Black Employee Network across the EMEA region, contributing her own quota to building a more inclusive workplace for other talents to thrive.

Charm Legrand (Strategy & Transformation @ Genpact)
Charm Legrand is a Transformation Partner at Genpact, working with global life sciences organisations to transform their businesses with operating model design, automation, analytics, and user experience. She has 15 years experience working in strategy, marketing & communication, and operations, including at Unilever, Harrods, John Lewis, and Made.com. She has an MBA from University of Oxford and a Bachelors of Business (Distinction) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. She was born in Sri Lanka, and grew up in New Zealand and Australia, and now lives in London.

Charlotte Williams (Founder @ SevenSix Agency)
Charlotte Williams founded SevenSix Agency in 2019 as a direct response to the lack of diversity within the ad industry and influencer marketing and has worked with brands such as Pinterest, Greenpeace, Bumble, and WWF. Charlotte is fast becoming a go-to voice for brands wanting consultancy on inclusive marketing strategies and regularly speaks for and works with platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, alongside sitting on roundtables and panels with industry figureheads such as the ISBA and Advertising Association.

Lynnie Zonzolo (Influencer Marketing @ KLEKT)
Lynnie Zonzolo works in Influencer Marketing at Europe's Original Marketplace, KLEKT, and is also on the senior management team of the UK’s 1st Sneaker Consignment store, PresentedBy. Highlighted as the “UK’s Sneaker Queen” by the BBC, Lynnie’s social presence as a creative, presenter, and tastemaker has facilitated connections in the Entertainment, Music, and Sports industry and she’s even created her own Documentary with The BBC Killer Kicks’.” Though being in the mix of a male dominated industry, one of Lynnie’s goals is to continue demonstrating determination and passion in the field and hopes to push the Sneaker Culture to become more inclusive to Women.
