Mission
Our mission is to empower and support emerging women leaders while advancing gender equality, inclusion, and diversity in the corporate world. We aim to equip all our members, regardless of gender, with the tools and knowledge to champion these ideals in both their academic and professional pursuits. To achieve this, we curate a diverse range of activities, seminars, workshops, presentations, and networking events. The Women in Business Society is a thriving and inclusive community that extends an open invitation to all Bayes students interested in combatting gender inequality and addressing the underrepresentation of women in the corporate realm. We encourage all like-minded individuals to join our Society as a platform for catalyzing positive change.
