Her interest areas lies specifically within bio-therapeutics that have the potential to change peoples lives. In her free times, she loves hiking, diving and reading Murakami books. Kashyap Keni

Vice President, Corporate Relations

Currently a full-time MBA student at Bayes, Kashyap has 5 years of work experience in information technology consulting and pharmaceutical management. He has a keen interest in strategic management, formulation R&D, clinical trials and technology. A huge fan of literature, creative writing, long distance cycling, travel and pub crawling, get in touch with him for free-flowing conversations and club membership!

Fraser Grove

Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Currently a full-time MBA student at Bayes Business School, Fraser has nine years of industry experience working at medical device manufacturers ranging in size from small start-ups to Fortune 500. During his career he has held various positions in operations and new product development with responsibilities including project management, engineering, and quality assurance. Fraser loves to play sports (rain or shine), experience living in new locations around the world, and to brew beer!

Francisco O'Ryan

Vice President, Alumni Relations

Currently a full-time MBA student at Bayes Business School, Francisco has 9 years of work experience in commercial areas and has led strategic projects within a variety of sectors, including logistics, transportation and healthcare. Formerly a Telemedicine and Value-based Healthcare Director at RedSalud (the largest private health provider network in Chile), he designed and implemented telemedicine as a business unit, providing over 200,000 medical consultations in a period of 18 months. Outside of work, he is interested in different team sports and outdoor activities like trekking. Feel free to contact him and chat about his experiences and interests!

Phumelele Mzoneli

Healthcare Economics Lead

Phume is currently a full-time MSc Actuarial Management student at Bayes Business School. She is both a Chevening scholar and an Allan Gray Orbis Fellow. In her 3 years of work experience in actuarial consulting with Deloitte South Africa, she has worked with some of the countries largest insurers across life and healthcare offerings. Her keenest interest is in the implementation of public healthcare models for African countries that can be successfully maintained. Coming from a multicultural country gives her a unique driving factor to create connections with others around her. Outside of health, business and strategy, her interests include yoga, traveling, anthropology and experiencing new cultures.
