When Carl Cederstrom and Andre Spicer published their book 'The Wellness Syndrome' a few years ago, many people pointed out they were criticising many things which they had not tried themselves. So they decided to spend an entire year trying to become healthier, happier, fitter and more productive. They tried out all sorts of things for themselves.

During the year they have attended all sorts of strange courses and taken on even stranger challenges. Andre has written a book in a month, run an ultra marathon, tried to learn computer coding, taken four different religions for a test drive, gone into relationship therapy with his co-author, taken up eating meat after 16 years as a vegetarian, performed stand up comedy, become a day trader, tried to do good, and staged a guerrilla media campaign.

During this final month of december, they are trying to figure out what all this means. During this seminar , Andre would like to share with you what he has done, with  particular interest in getting your interpretations of it all, and to understand what it all means.

Here is a taster of the project from a TEDx talk we gave earlier in the year

Here is the basic message of our last book for an RSA talk
