Retail in the new digital ecosystem - winners and losers

The aim of this panel event is to gain an understanding of how the different stakeholders, in the broader retail value chain, maximise the benefits and minimise the pitfalls of digital transformation.

The format will include a statement/presentation by each of the panel followed by a Q&A chaired by Professor Lanzolla. The overall goal of the panel discussion is to compare and contrast views from the different panellists, with the view to identifying patterns of value creation and value capturing in the new retail ecosystem, enabled by the diffusion of digital technologies.
