We have been witnessing a long debate over diversity and inclusion in the workplace over the past few months, and we know that our leaders are still navigating a lot of uncertainty given the current scenario. 

We are very honoured to invite Kearney to draw some insights around leading the Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and conversations in the workplace.  

About the speakers
George is a consultant working in Kearney’s London office and is also the head of the EMEA LGQBTI+ network. George’s work mainly focusing on supporting Consumer Goods clients with complex transformation and growth topics. George also has experience working with CPGs on M&A advisory work.

Veronica is a Management Consultant working in Kearney’s London office, and she specializes in helping leading pharmaceutical companies develop consumer-centric corporate strategies maximizing the commercial potential of their products. Outside of client-facing work, she is an active member for PROUD, the LGBTQI+ Network at Kearney, and she initiated the first European LGBTQI+ Consulting Academy at Kearney. Veronica was born in Italy but spent the last eight years of her life living and supporting other members of the LGBTQI+ community in France, the US, the UK, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. Veronica is particularly passionate about promoting women and LGBTQI+ diversity on corporate boards.
