Panel Discussion with the authors of 'The Deal Paradox'

Together with MARC, the M&A / PE Society will host a panel discussion with the three co-authors of the book on M&A which will be published on 3 February 2023, entitled ‘The Deal Paradox: Mergers and Acquisitions Success in the Age of Digital Transformation’.
The co-authors will be joined by one of the technologists interviewed for the book and the panel chaired by one of the two co-Presidents of the Society. The event is designed primarily for students and alumni. The panel discussion will give the audience an opportunity to speak to the co-authors and pose their questions to the panel.
