What makes work truly meaningful? Soul Factor explores the motivations, values, and beliefs that bring heart and soul to our professional lives. Join us for a series of short talks by a range of business leaders, each sharing personal stories and insights on what gives their work the “soul factor.”

Introducing the evening, Andrew Baughen, a chaplain and ethics lecturer at Bayes Business School, will deliver a keynote on the foundations of faith-driven work that is good for the soul and Jane Adshead-Grant will give a talk about how work is transformed when we see the value of people. A panel of young business professionals will then speak from their experience of what gives their work heart and soul. You’ll have the opportunity to engage, reflect, and discuss each of the talks and offer your own insights into makes work life-giving, impactful, and deeply fulfilling.

Drinks and nibbles will be available throughout the event.
