​In Session 2 of BEC’s Accelerator SIM, you’ll focus on how to get your first real users and how to design go-to-market experiments that generate real insight. Rather than admiring the product, you’ll learn how to put it in front of customers and observe what actually happens.

​This session will be delivered by Oksana Stowe, Head of VC and Startup Ecosystem at Google, who will break down what go-to-market really means at the pre-seed / zero-revenue stage - how to identify your beachhead customer, choose the right early traction channels, and run fast, scrappy experiments that genuinely test demand.

​You’ll explore the trade-offs between organic and paid acquisition, learn the fundamentals of early pricing and monetisation, and leave with a clearer view of what “traction” looks like before you have a brand or budget.
